Where’s the departure point?
Surfers jet depart from the river end of Cavill Ave in the heart of Surfers Paradise, at the rear of Tiki International resort.
The closest public parking is located in Beach rd, under the big Ferris wheel, we are located within 5 minutes walk from the car park.
If travelling by public transport, any Surfers Paradise bus stop is within walking distance.

What Do I Wear?
We recommend something comfortable and that you wont mind getting wet.
Sunnies are permitted but unless they are strapped on you’ll lose them, we sugest you dont bring them or any other valubles and we take no responsiblity for lost or damage to belongings… sorry
Dont forget sunblock, loads of sun and salt water will burn even the toughest skin!

Will we really get wet?
Yes!! however we do provide waterproof spray jackets if required, but hey, this is sunny Queensland, you’ll be glad to cool down!
Our skippers can recommend which are the dryer seats depending on the conditions of the day.

When should I arrive?
We ask that you arrive at least 20mins prior to your departure time, to allow for the safety briefing and jacket fitting. Our boats do leave on time. Allow ample time for traffic disruptions.

How long is the ride?
Our ride time is approximately 1 hour taking into consideration the variation in tides.
Allow extra time for safety briefing and jacket fitting.

Sure no problem, but remember, they are your responsibility.

How many people does the Jet Boat hold?
We can take a maximum of 14 passengers, so book early and avoid dissapointment!

Do I need to book?
Its best to book if you can, Surfers Paradise gets really busy what with school holidays, V8 Supercars, Schoolies and the weekends, we get booked up quickly, however feel free to come on down or if your in the area see if we have space.
